Postpartum Services

  • The first weeks of parenthood are especially memorable, and a postpartum doula takes tasks off of your plate, freeing you to focus on your baby. The package includes 3, 3-4 hour visits including any of the listed offerings. Total cost is $400. Ideally used within the first month.

  • 8, 3-4 hour visits to be used throughout your first 3 months postpartum. Additional visits can be added on as needed, at $115 per visit. Total cost is $960 for the initial 8. Ideally used within the first 3-4 months.

  • The postpartum period includes up to a year of your baby’s life! The first year is packed with so much emotional and physical change, and a doula serves to walk alongside you through any and all of it! The as-needed package has a minimum of 4, 3-4 hour visits and no maximum. The base package is $520, with each additional visit being $125 each.Ideally used within the first 9 months.

Services could include:

  • Birth story processing

  • Bottle-feeding and breastfeeding support

  • Menu planning/Grocery shopping

  • In-home meal & snack preparation

  • Basic newborn cues

  • Baby-wearing techniques

  • Sleep support for both parents and baby (parent-led or baby-led)

    • Early morning or late night shifts to ensure parents get a longer stretch of sleep

  • Housework including laundry, kitchen spot clean, sheets change, floors

  • Care for your baby while you enjoy a nap, a shower, or a two-handed meal

  • Brand suggestions for diapers, pacifiers, bottles, detergents, formulas, etc based on your needs

  • Nursery/home organization for efficiency and ease

  • Company at doctor’s appointments or errands

  • Homemade purees for the transition to solid foods

  • Referrals to additional mental health, pelvic floor or lactation resources
